Registered/licensed nurses on duty 24 hours per day. In-house restorative nursing services to aid with therapy and licensed therapy services. Building Description Single-story facility opened in 1983, and includes a dining room, lounge, therapy room, patio with mist system and chapel. There are 41 resident rooms, 39 semi-private resident rooms and 2 private rooms. Services provided in conjunction with Medicare, most insurances, AHCCCS and ALTCS. Comments Good Shepherd Mesa is a Christian non-profit health care center. Respite care and hospice services are available. The facility accepts "non-wandering" Alzheimer's patients and is equipped with a Wanderguard alarm system. The community includes Independent and Assisted Living units. The property is located within three miles northwest of Banner Baywood Hospital. Persons of all faiths and beliefs are welcome. |
